Tour of property with homeowner to decide individual destination for furniture and accessories
Detailed Room by Room itemized list of furniture and accessories
Arrangements for A CLEAN SLATE service partners and their quotations
Consultation cost is reimbursed with investment of a full day Estate Showcasing

SORTING and ORGANIZATION - from 35 per hour
A CLEAN SLATE's Organizational Team will assist in sorting, packing, and moving designated
items as requested by the homeowner.
One person $35per hour
Two people $65 per hour
Three people $95 per hour
Additional assistance $25 per hour per person

ESTATE SHOWCASING
Using chosen items for your property, a Certified Staging Professional and team of A CLEAN SLATE representatives will showcase each room of the property maximizing it's buyer appeal.
$50 per team of 2 per hour
$250 per team of 2 for one half day
$500 per team of 2 for one full day
Additional team member(s) $20 per hour, per member
