THE FINE PRINT: Home styles and sizes are an approximation for reference purposes. This gives you, the property owner, a general idea on costs for your particular situation. Each property and situation is unique and requires review upon consultation.
* Starter Accessory rental package is designed to compliment the property owners current possessions. Items will be included until The specified budget indicated within the package is reached. More items may be necessary to complete the showcasing. These items are charged per item and included in the final invoicing. The final price of all rented accessories (included and extra) are rented for a period of One Month from the showcasing date. Subsequent months are the monetary responsibility of the client as outline in their contract  
** Access to A CLEAN SLATE'S Private Warehouse is limited to properties that require furniture items. These items may be selected from A Clean Slate's inventory as well as third party sources. Delivery, set-up and de-staging charges may apply.
*** Full property showcasing is determined on each individual property showcased by A CLEAN SLATE. Full showcasing may or may not include unfinished rooms, garages, basements, attics, storage areas, sheds, rooms not organized as set out in contract, etc. A CLEAN SLATE has final determination on the decision regarding these as well as any other rooms.
