THE NOT SO FINE PRINT
* Rental Furniture and Accessories are priced per item for the period of one month starting on the date of showcasing. Once the rental limit (as stated) is reached, the homeowner will be notified. Any further items will be subject to rental fees above that of the package price. After the first month, rental charges on all items will be incurred on a month-month basis upon homeowners approval.
** The Phone-A-Stager™ service is valid on any Fresh & Easy package. It allows the Homeowner (client) to contact A CLEAN SLATE representative for any questions, concerns, or item purchasing advice during the time the property is showcased. It also grants the client special discounts and privilages with A CLEAN SLATE and it's supporting suppliers and services.
*** A CLEAN SLATE's private warehouse is not open to the public. It is a private inventory of Accessories and Furniture to be used in homes showcased by A CLEAN SLATE.
