I watch DIY shows on TV constantly, so when it came to staging my home for sale I figured I could do it myself. Against the advice of my realtor I set up the house to what I thought looked "staged". After 3 months and at a price that was below market value, I didn't get any offers. Not willing to lower my price, I took my house off the market. After a couple of months I decided to try again. realized then, if I was serious about selling, I should bring in a professional! A CLEAN SLATE came in and did a fantastic job!
