STEPS IN STAGING VACANT OR MODEL HOME

Vacant and model properties need an allusion of life. This allusion is given by the items placed within the property. A CLEAN SLATE and it's network of suppliers, have an inventory of items that can fulfill this purpose. The final allusion can be traced down to these steps.

CONSULTATION

A Consultation has no definitive time frame, however A CLEAN SLATE suggests to have 2-3 hours schedualed when arranging a consultation for a vacant or model property.

The process consists of a consultant touring the property, taking measurements and photographs. The consultant will then make a list of recommendations of items that may need to be repaired or replaced prior to showcasing the property. A furniture rental budget will also be discussed.

ORGANIZATION

Organization begins with the list the list recommendations provided in the consultation. Items may include patching and painting walls, updating and/or installing fixtures, general maintenance and handy work inside and out.

A CLEAN SLATE has all the necessary contacts and contractors to manage this process to make this step Easy  on the seller.

For those who wish to get their hands dirty, a time line for completion will be set out and A CLEAN SLATE will be there for support.

A CLEAN SLATE's involvement will be determined in the quote. Only upon completion of the recommendations will Showcasing occur.

SHOWCASING

With the Organization completed. A Certified Staging Professional™ will lead a team in showcasing the property. Showcasing is the process of placing the rental items within the property and arranging them to achieve maximum selling potential.

Due to the nature of Showcasing a vacant or model property A CLEAN SLATE recommends that the house be vacant of any people, and contractors to ensure maximum time efficiency.

THE PROPERTY OWNER MUST CARRY A CURRENT INSURANCE POLICY ON THE PROPERTY AND IT'S CONTENTS.
